Oregon H.B. 3310. Proposed legislation that would require communities to conduct a periodic review of their comprehensive plans and land use regulations. A review could be required if other local governments in the region are affected by one community’s land use decisions. Requires local governments to amend their comp plans to satisfy new state land use goals. The purpose of this legislation is to ensure that local land use plans reamain in compliance with the statewide planning goals adopted by the state, and that such local regulations make adequate provision for economic development, needed housing, etc.
